Positive: QualityCity nails is under new management, I have been a client there for 10 years so I had reservations about the new owners. I was very pleased with Kelly and her husband. My pedicure was done very well and he gave me an awesome foot massage to go with it. Michael/Mark has been doing my nails so I was also worried about having someone new . Kelly was very professional and eager to explain what she was doing ( her way is different ) all in all I’m very happy. City nails is under new management, I have been a client there for 10 years so I had reservations about the new owners. I was very pleased with Kelly and her husband. My pedicure was done very well and he gave me an awesome foot massage to go with it. Michael/Mark has been doing my nails so I was also worried about having someone new . Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid 80 dollars for nails that were pretty simple. I got them done Friday and they were already lifting the following Monday. The tech was rude and told me I couldn’t get the glitter I wanted cause my nails were to small, he also was complaining about the design I wanted to his other coworkers . I paid 80 dollars for nails that were pretty simple. I got them done Friday and they were already lifting the following Monday. The tech was rude and told me I couldn’t get the glitter I wanted cause my nails were to small, he also was complaining about the design I wanted to his other coworkers . I feel as if I was over charged for poor quality nails. Will never go back!!

It was about 1:1 on people and techs so I expected a short wait. Pedi started at 2:32. Ended at 3:05. Never got started on my nails and took THREE PEOPLE to the chair behold I sat and waited. I asked them if they would have time to get them done in 45 minutes. All the staff argued amongst themselves until the man literally yelled at them, “somebody answer her!” Left without getting my nails done. Too money hungry to work on what’s already there.
