I had a disaster at another nail salon in the area so bad that I literally got up and walked out in the middle of the service. I went here in a rush hoping they could do something to fix what had happened and luckily, Tina was there and able to take me. She was professional, fast, and somehow saved my nails. The manicure looks beautiful and it might be one of my favorite manicures ever. Not only am I grateful for her kindness her work is excellent.

I’m not one to give reviews but this place is the worst nail place I have ever been to. I’ve been going to my normal nail salon for years decided to give this place a try since i moved and it’s closer. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I got a white no chip polish on a Monday by Friday my nails looked dirty and the polish started cracking. I couldn’t go in to fix them right away since I have a life so I went Wednesday to fix them they were very busy and I had to go into work so I told her I would be back. I went in the following day which was Thursday and showed her the nails she said ok we can redo them AFTER she argued with me my nails being messed up. She told me to pick another color which I did. At the end of the appointment she tells me the charge will be $20 which I questioned and she then went ahead and told me that they usually charge $25 and that only one of my nails was messed up. She then went ahead and said that I went home on Wednesday after coming in to try to fix my nails and I chipped them myself. I have never had this happen to me and it was the worst customer services ever. I was planning on getting a pedicure but would never give this place my money. I believe it was the owner so what a good way to keep people away. I will now be driving the extra 20mins to my normal place because this place was TRASH! If you can avoid this place.

The whole salon is family run and you can tell that they’re very close to each other, which creates a nice atmosphere while getting your nails done. The receptionist was very friendly and respectful towards me, and so was the rest of the staff. Overall a very good salon with very skilled, hard workers!

Also he knew exactly how to shape the gel acrylic to my fingers so it looks natural. Vanny was great too! Completed my eyebrow and lip waxing, no pain! I was done with my service in about one hour. Facility is very clean,santized and fresh smell. They also are in code with COVID-19 procedures. I had them done on Friday May 10th 2019 for a wedding on Saturday, I was told it was non chip nail polish. Two nails chipped on Saturday before the wedding. I also was told one price and was charged a higher price on my debit card. Plus I gave a cash tip. I called on Monday may 13th and was told that he would have to look at them to see how much he would charge to touch them up. I was so mad, that I told him just to forget about it and i will not be back.
