I went in there asking for a pedicure and a full set of nails. The ladies that worked there smoking their cigarettes asked me as I was walking in the door. I got my pedicure and everything was going good and then instead of doing a full set they just did a manicure I didn’t ask for. I told the lady I wanted a full set and she then I had to wait an hour for a full set. Once they started my set they rushed me and did a horrible job it’s been 4 days and my nails look horrible and grown out. This was for vacation. They didn’t even apologize and charged me 81 for a horrible full set of nails. I drove 45 mins since I’ve been there twice before and don’t usually get my nails done and I thought they did a great job before. Picture is after 4 days.

Mimi did an amazing job! I got a no chip mani pedi and let me tell you, this has been the best experience at a nail salon I’ve had. She took her time and made me feel important as a customer. The final product was excellent. Will be back for sure!

this place is extremely unprofessional. After one day of getting my gel manicure the nail fell off. I went the next day to fix it and after waiting 30 minutes they kept taking other clients after me because they knew they would get no money from me. They proceeded to tell me that I had to wait another 25 minutes before they can fix my one nail. I have gone here multiple times because of the convenience of where it’s located, but never again will I go back. Rude people and don’t even do a professional job. The older gentleman over charges and does not even attempt to do the simplest of designs.

Worst customer service ever! I walked in to get a full set with design, even showed a picture of what I wanted but the only man there called “Joe” said he wouldn’t do the design and that he would only do plain nails but i said fine. So after putting on the tips he said he would charge me $5 more for length which I insisted I wanted medium size but he wanted to charge me extra. Then he proceeded to tell me I was being TOO PICKY! I mean I’m paying for a service here, it wasn’t going to be free! So he said he didn’t want to do my nails anymore and to go somewhere else. He was about to rip off the nails! I will NEVER let this man near my nails againg and yes will definitely take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place!

Love love this place. Everyone is so nice and very thorough with their work. Every time I go somewhere else I always end up coming back!! Their deluxe pedicure is the best!!! Never leaving them again. And their no chip manis last over 2 weeks!! AMAZING!

The fact they took me without an appointment makes me happy! The staff is very kind. I think I paid a little bit too much for the quality of the manicure. The white tips range in thickness and some are lopsided (French manicure). Overall a good environment. May have to shop around for another nail salon though.
