City Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad been going there for like 10 years. Recently we t and owner Hanna was horrible. 4 days after getting lashes one fell off and when I went back for it to be repaired she yanked it off I screamed in pain and said I just wanted it repaired not pulled off. Hanna started yelling at me, told me to go do it myself and took another customer before me. Made me wait then was so so rude to me, not even giving me a mirror afterwards and when I asked for one told me there’s mirrors all over. Then I asked for my nails be freshened up after folks had asked me if I did them myself knowing I don’t do nails – that looked bad and old! Hanna continued yelling at me the whole time. She asked what color and I asked for the same color in the nails I had designs on to be applied to the others to freshen them up before Mom’s funeral in the next 2 days. She put a pink base on my pinkie and used the purple color I chose and I said perfect. But then she switched to a white base -not sure why- for the other nails so thecolor was totally different from the pinkie and did not match. I said why’d you change it when I said the first one was good. She got louder told me to stop talking and she would not change it and totally jacked my nails up more. It was awful. I kept saying why are you treating me like this? She literally told me continuously to stop talking, she’s tired and not changing anything. I couldn’t believe it. 4 days prior she and I were just talking about our deceased moms and how she still talks with hers after 3 years passing. I thought we were cool hence me traveling the far distance for years. But owner Hanna at City Nails totally disrespected, humiliated, insulted, and publicly embarrassed me!!! And all I was doing was being a dedicated customer. I don’t know why but do know I didnt deserve or need that horrific treatment. It was terrifying and awful. Told my daughter who went up there with pics of my nails and seemingly superglued, overglued lashes and owned Hanna yelled at her, didn’t look at the pics my daughter tried to show her, told her to stop talking and ignored her, just shunning her away. Worst experience ever in the middle of the sad loss of my mother. All for no reason at all. Not to mention she charged me for the lash repair and nails they poorly did the 1st and 2nd time. Such unfair treatment by Hanna at City Nails. Beware and I’m talking with my lawyer. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent there for the first time a week ago. Very clean, professional, and nice staff. A few of my stones came off a week after, went back and they replaced them I didn’t have to pay a thing. They did a good job and used good products. I will be returning.
