I will never go back to this place. I was in this place a few days ago and I called to see if I could get a full set of acrylics and the man who answered said 11am. I went in and he didn’t speak tome while he did my nails. I paid and left and today I was looking at my French manicure and there are hairs of fibers all in the gel. I was going to call today but they are closed. Very rude and unprofessional! Spend your money somewhere else.

I’ve come here multiple times because it’s close to my house but each time they let me down. You’re treated like just a number. Their customer service is subpar. I recently got a full set with coffin shaped acrylic. He did an awful job on the shape. Rushing with drill, he cut my skin. He didn’t even say thank you after I paid and tipped. Go where you’re money is appreciated!!

This places advertises walk-in availability, but they have turned me away twice. Today I simply asked to have my gel manicure taken off, and they refused to assist. I called a nearby nail salon who was happy to help. Do not waste your time or money on this horrible salon. They are not professional.
