I give it two stars. Because my nails did turn out great. But overall the experience itself was uncomfortable, not very welcoming, or as clean and tidy as it should be. The force used to readjust my hand/arm to his liking wasn’t okay. I’ve been to plenty of nail places and have never had this issue. I would have understood if it was bothering him more if he had just reasonably explained and worked with me to accommodate to his liking. But the force on moving my arm used was inappropriate and uncomfortable. I wanted to leave almost as soon as this had gotten started. But I had my daughter with me and wanted her to enjoy getting her nails painted so I gritted my teeth and went with it. Towards the end he did get better, we had a conversation and he started to lighten up. Great job on the nails. But the force, aggravation and customer service needs work.

Well they certainly soaked for an hour and then helped someone who walked in after me before me which I felt was rude. I would certainly wait my turn no question but not to be skipped. Also I was not told it would be 15 to soak the nails off. I would have just had them taken off. Then the wrong color was applied to my nails. So I was there 3 hours and charged 70 dollars worst price in town I have never paid that much. I went there bc they opened early that was a mistake. I had the worst experience. First I wanted a new set so he insisted I get them soaked. Well they certainly soaked for an hour and then helped someone who walked in after me before me which I felt was rude. I would certainly wait my turn no question but not to be skipped. Based on the nail salons I’ve been to they are one of the few places with decorated tips who take walk ins. Also their prices are cheap but they still do quality work.

The best nail experience I have had getting my nails done. Convenient, fast and the price can not be beat! Don’t let the exterior fool you! They are friendly, helpful and funny. Going back today for a pedicure. My nails look fantastic and exactly what I wanted and about $15 cheaper than anywhere I would of gone.

I decided to give this place a try since my regular place was closed. It was extremely dirty. I am not sure how it stays open. The gentleman who did my nails was a very nice man, but I’d never go back. He knicked the cuticles of a couple of my toes and they have been hurting since I left. One toe is only half polished. My finger nails are a mess, very sloppy. A few aren’t done at all to the edges. It ranks close to the worst experience I’ve had. I am going to take the polish off and have them redone this week. A very big waste of money, but a good lesson. If a place looks run down outside and filthy inside your probably not going to get a quality experience.

The people are very nice but I had to argue with the guy to get what I wanted, which was for my acrylics to be on the thin side, and he still did not do that. Also, my middle finger was way shorter than the rest of my nails and my pinky finger was crooked! I should have just paid for huge globs of acrylic to be put on my nails because when I got home I filed them down myself and fixed them to what I had originally asked for. I even showed him multiple pictures. Not a good experience and I am not going back.
