Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value ❤They are my #1 go to in town!! They are so friendly and pricing is very decent. They have always done amazing jobs on my nails. They are so sweet and kind. I have never once thrown an idea their way that I wanted and them not be able to knock it out of the park! Any time I have them done here they always hold up strong and last me AT LEAST 3-4 weeks. They shape and file them so greatly! I can walk in with a random picture of something I want on them or a color I like and they do it. Once i even wanted a color they didnt have and he took 3 of his colors mixing some together in a small dish AND CREATED THE COLOR and the even took it a step further and asked if i would like it to be glittery (which I hadn’t thought about but liked it) and we went and added glitter and it was GORGEOUS!!! They are amazing I will never go anywhere else!! *Best to make appointments because they get very busy all the time!*❤ Service: Manicure ❤They are my #1 go to in town!! Awful customer service and treatment this is third time, first time showed up waiting for hour and half for a pedicure which the sign in from had two individuals in front of me which the wait is understandable, but when it comes to the customer service skills is horrible when it was my time i was never asked which package it was pre selected and when I know how the process goes with either one the lady half ass it skip two steps and when i asked her she said she didn’t feel like it and i said is that the protocol then getting down to her trimming nails she didn’t even cut and gave me one hot towel like I didn’t have two legs highly unsatisfied!!! However last time i showed up around 5pm location closed at 7 i was prepared to sign in once again and was told were closed i announce that you have two hours left and was told a manicure was gonna take long and another individual that walked in behind me was told to wait i believe we have some racial profiling going on… keep your money well spent else where or worth the drive to evansville or clarksville
