Upon soaking off the gel they did not get it all off and when the done the nails, you could see where the old gel still was. Looked awful. Also went in to soak off my gel, not asking for anything else and she told me no it was busy. There were two people in there and one was getting polished and almost done. She just didn’t want to deal with me. All she had to do was give me a bowl of acetone and let it do it job. Poor customer service and awful manicure. They are okay, but the only thing is whenever I called them to ask how much just a painting was they said $10 so I was okay with that deal. But when I got there I started to talk about the sports I okay and things like that. So Trudy and Chris both said that gel nails would stay on longer. They were NOT wrong. The only thing they did not tell me is that it would cost $15 more to get the gel nail polish on my finger nails and that it would take off your real nails when it comes off . So now my nails have a lot of dry looking skin on them. The nails looked great but Chris also prosed to talk about how “nasty” . Okay whatever.

You can also buy many beauty supplies, jewelry, and some other items such as authentic name brand sunglasses, handbags, and wallets. Trudy and her husband Chris make everyone feel welcome and wanted. They have seen me through alot in my life. A marriage, death in the family, a divorce due to abuse, a cancer diagnosis. No matter what, they are always there for me and I would never go to another place. Also, they not only do the best job at City Nails, but they also offer the best services in the Tri State Area along with the very best and affordable prices. You can get a full set AND a pedicure for 50.00 and please keep in mind that most places nails alone are 50 to 75, and up. Trudy is one of my favorite people, she has seen me through alot. They are not just people where I go to get my nails done or a relaxing Spa Experience pedicure, they are FAMILY. Sometimes, its difficult to make decisions, so I trust her so much, I let her decide for me!! Het husband does good as well. She is a licensed cosmetology, reflexology licensed, she is not just a nail technician, she us a doctor!! She is very intelligent, multi lingual, and very extremely sanitary!! I would advise calling to make an appointment before just walking in. There are not many places you can walk into nowadays to get your nails done or a pedi, or both. I have referred many people to her because I get SOOOO many super comments about my nails. If she knows that you went out and picked a color because you like the color, maybe it is your favorite, maybe it matches your outfit, and she knows that it won’t go with your skin tone, (even though you love the color) she will tell you. Most nail salons and spas are only out to make a dollar. Not City Nails. Not Trudy. You will always be satisfied if you go to City Nails. If you have an ingrown toenail that needs attention, don’t go to the doctor.. Go see Trudy at City Nails. She is the nail doctor, she can fix it for you, and if she can’t, she will tell you. She is try an artist and i have so many pictures over the years that i could upload, and in time i will. But if you want a good place to get your nails done or a pedicure or both, or your eyebrows waxed, and other spa services. Please call City Nails and make an appointment, tell them Stacey sent you. And please dont forget to tip! I do not understand why people do not too for such excellent services. This is a luxery service at a wonderfully affordable price. You can’t find another place to do what they do at the price! I have been going to them since February or March of 2013. So right now it’s going on almost 8 years. I was one of their first customers. I love these people and i love City Nails. If they ask you how you heard about them, I try to tell as many people as possible to go to them. Any other place wants way too much money, and does bot do such a great job. Trudy is very professional, and she is a perfectionist! Please nake an appointment today, it will be a lofe changing experience for you. If you live in Chattanooga, Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee, you will pick this place time and time again. I have driven from FLORIDA AND NORTH CAROLINA just to go to City Nails. I have tried a few other places that I would bot even rate 1 star. This was only if my work schedule didn’t allow me to make it in time, ir maybe they were on vacation, but wgen I cane back after going somewhere else, and they could see how unhappy and gow bad of an experience I had at other places, they will always make time for me. They dont just care about keeping customers, they care about keeping their customers happy and healthy! You will not find another place like City Nails. Please go see them. You can go with your husband, your wife, your daughter, your grand daughter, your best friend, and they even have an area for the children if you need to bring your children. I had nails put on Friday and Tuesday one not broke but fell off . Then they charged me $3 to put back on this is the 2nd. bad experience . I wouldn’t recommend them and I definitely won’t be back.
