I came in Friday morning for a dip manicure and today is Tuesday and every single nail has popped off. I was simply putting on my shirt this morning and heard my point finger nail pop off. I looked at the other nails and every single nail had lifted and with absolute zero effort, the dip popped off. It’s very upsetting as I spent $48 on the manicure and also tipped $20 and the dip didn’t make it 4 days.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad fun in a clean and safe environment. I got the whole works on my feet and the male that did my feet was AMAZING to say the least. He did a great job and my girls loved there hands and feet. They checked your temp at the door and had a protective shield for there safety and ours. I will be using them again. Had fun in a clean and safe environment. I got the whole works on my feet and the male that did my feet was AMAZING to say the least. He did a great job and my girls loved there hands and feet. They checked your temp at the door and had a protective shield for there safety and ours. I will be using them again. Did a great job on my nails! Prices aren’t bad.. it was a long wait however. Not many techs were available. Only 2 nail techs and 2 pedicure nail techs, but they are all professional, talented and friendly!

Well I have to say not a good experience. My friend and I went in for pedicures and during our pedicures the man got up didn’t say a word and left my friend sitting there with her feet in the water for at least 30 minutes before someone else decided to come finish where he left off and still charged the full amount with no apology. Needless to say they did not get a tip and I normally tip fairly well.

While I was pleased with the outcome of the look of my nails, BUT the process was HORRIBLE!!! The young man pulled the old gel off instead of soaking it off and it was very painful. He was rough and not friendly. He NEVER tried to calm me or apologize. Then he cut me while using the spinning tool to shape my nail and didn’t even acknowledge he cut me until I said something. Then he said sorry. Finally, he filed my nails so low that they hurt. I was going to get a pedicure when I walked in but NO WAY was he touching my feet. I WOULD NOT recommend this place and WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
