I don’t know what this salon had going on today!!! But it wasn’t good!!! I got a pedicure and it was great, but when it was time for my manicure. I asked the owner I believe that that’s what she was if they could do what I wanted. She said oh yeah we can do that and that the lady that was going to be doing my nails was really good. So I was excited. Boy was I wrong!!!!! I was overcharge and my nails don’t even look like how much I paid for them. The designs that I asked for was simply!!! It Literally look like somebody took a sharpie and drew on my nails. I am not satisfied and very disappointed because this was my go to place for my nails. And this is not the first time that this happened to me, so yeah I won’t be going back. If you can’t do what the customer is asking for just say that instead of doing whatever you want to do. *left pic* what I wanted vs * right pic* what I got

The work from Bao was awesome. He got my shape just right. I do wish they were more clear about communicating prices before they do a service so you know exactly what you’re getting into. But nice facility and environment. Will be coming back soon.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at city nails.. I’ve been here multiple times and always left happy but this past experience was absolutely horrible. My cuticles were cut multiple times by the lady doing my nails, my nails were crooked and have little white spots in them.. and after only 2 days of having my nails I broke one.. it’s like she used the wrong glue or something.. I’ve never broken a nail and after I asked her multiple times to do different things and getting ignored every time I decided to just keep my mouth shut and pay for my service and leave.. I ended up going to the lush nail bar and they did a wonderful job fixing my nails!
