Aweful…rushed thru my daughter’s nails, cut her while trimming, un-even, each hand looks like different shapes, one nail doesn’t even cover her real nail! Was too busy worried about a walk-in customer to focus on us! $60 wasted!

I went in a week ago for a manicure and pedicure (first one I’ve treated myself to in YEARS). I was told it would be $45 – it ended up costing me $60. I had one person working on mail feet while another worked on my hands (resulting in me having to balance the UV light on my lap while having one hand in the dish soaking and reaching across to give my other hand to the technician). This was not in the least bit a relaxing experience. Worst thing? My gel nails are already peeling off! I know people who had their nails done before Christmas and their nails are still perfect. Mine are peeling and chipping. Maybe he didn’t have my nails under the light long enough? Maybe they were trying to push me through quickly so that others could have my seat (although it wasn’t very busy at the time). I will never go there again. Awful customer service and a waste of my hard earned money.

Went there last week for a wedding..got pedicure and manicure with gel polish…wasnt busy…pedicure wasn’t good…heels needed just a little more tic…instead of using a drill to take off my gel polish on my nails he had me put my hands in acetone (which doesn’t work on gel) then scrapped my polish off with a sharp metal tool…very painful…when I got home I had to take a file and fix the width of my nails…its only been 5 days and 6 of my nails are broken…I only use gel products no acrylic and I’ve never had so many nails break and crack at once….they were very nice but I will not be returning….50 dollars wasted

This nail shop is not one you want to go to. I went in there to get a fill in and two tips placed on my toes. I started to experience some burning on my fingers. The man doing my nails said oh it will go away. when he continued to put more chemicals on my nails and they burned even more it scared me. He then put my under a UV light and it felt like someone was putting a blow torch to my finger nails. I really complained then and the man start yelling at me which really angered me. The I looked down at my feet and my large two nails were two different sizes. I called back several times on the phone and they kept saying they could not hear me. I had my husband called and they said they could not hear him. I called back from work and the lady stated that the manager was not there I asked for his name and contact information she said you no need to speak with manager he never here. I can help you but she never said one thing to help me even after I told her what happen to me.

Love this place!! It sometimes gets a bad wrap, but I think the people here are so nice and helpful they will and can do just about anything for you :). I have lived in both Miami and Norfolk, so I have had many nail experiences but this is definitely the most friendly and effective. The price is pretty competitive for the are and there is also great parking and it’s easily found. I always come back!! Hope everyone that reads this can find this helpful ❤️❤️❤️

Ok based on my exp this place is unprofessional. The nail techs are rude. The male that works in the front is heavy handed and does not know how to apply gel polish nor the correct procedure. I am so dissatisfied but I kept calm. He noticed how upset I was and agreed to add a clear coat to my polish after I asked why he’s not putting one on. The lady next to me wanted her nails soaked off and he of course failed to soak her nails properly. She questioned him and he got angry. He did get angry with me too. He thought I was 17 until I told him I was 29. I have exp in salons since I was 14 and I’ve been all over the country to various ones. His procedures are way off and he has no professionalism. They don’t greet you when you walk in and they’re just very rude. Let me see if I can post a pic of this horrible work.
