Literally rushes you and yells at you as soon as you walk through the door ? This place is not doing COVID restrictions at all?! First of all… I’m not understanding why Vicki has absolutely no customer service such an unpleasant environment ..???!!! Literally rushes you and yells at you as soon as you walk through the door ? I did not get my technician’s name, but she was very pleasant and definitely knew about ingrown toenails. I was a last minute walk-in and I was accommodated with no wait at all. I will go back! Pedicure

Stay away…… Vicki is unprofessional, and rude. She rushes while drilling and filing which cut my cuticle and left friction burns on the sides of my nails. When I asked could she smooth out the bumpy ridges she left on my nails, she immediately said the clear gel top coat would cover it. Worst nail appt I’ve ever had!! Dip powder, Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI would strongly say NEVERRR go to this place. They are very dirty, rude and unprofessional. I went for a mani/pedi and the owner told me they did not have any glitter polish. She is very rough and will try to charge you extra for services that you did not ask for. The business is dirty and does not have a friendly atmosphere. They don’t clean the pedicure bowls thoroughly. This place should be shut down ASAP. If you can’t sustain through the pandemic then you should close your doors. No glitter polish no cleaning supplies and no gel polish! They do not use foil to remove gel polish. honestly i would give them 0/10.. Vicky is VERY ROUGH, she also has a bit of an attitude, very unprofessional. Their acrylic is NOT GOOD FOR YOUR NAILS LADIES!! Once you try to soak them off the acrylic is very slimy & other nail techs have a hard time getting it off. I honestly don’t recommend this nail shop at all, so if you were thinking about coming here.. DON’T !
