Been there multiple times just to give them chances. Each time I regret it. They take forever to call you even tho it’s always completely empty, they wait until their show is in break or completely finished. They do their own thing even after you tell them multiple times you want this style. And they don’t care if they do it wrong they are not willing to fix it. After asking multiple times to make it right they acts a attitude. I’m not asking for much just don’t make them fat and wide. While I was getting them done a lady comes in after me maybe 2-3 mins and gets her nails done to but it only took 10 mins “10” and it wasn’t what she wanted. Came in again to give them a chance asked them to do my eyebrows I told the lady not once not twice but 6 times do not make them thin, just clean it off. What does she do completely the opposite. It was thin way to thin looked like lines. This was in June it’s July and I still have then thin and have a bald spot bc she took to much hair. I told her she made it thin and she tried arguing saying it’s not. Then I told the guy and the guy told her something and totally brushed it off acted like I wasn’t even talking to him. And they still looked at me asking for there money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one not even my enemies.

I have been a customer at City Nails since they opened. I have never recieved better services. The tecnician is highly educated in this field. Her prices are very compatable. The only problem is sometimes you have to phone schedule because she is so busy.
