Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf there was an option to give them -5 stars that’s some thing I would definitely do came in a few days before Christmas so I guess they were in a mood of scamming people I came in and I was told before hand that my nails full set with acrylic gel would be 50$ which is an overcharge considering this is a small salon inside a mall and the acrylics that I wanted was short not even medium sized when in anyway wanted to support a local business because I didn’t see any customers inside maybe that should’ve been a warning sign I booked my appointment in advance and came in on A Saturday just to go through the horror of what I’m about to explain to you next..I came in to find two nail ladies they welcomed me , greeted me to come in they kept talking in a different language between them the whole time which made me super uncomfortable considering when you know somebody else speaking in a different language you don’t know it’s probably about you through the whole time she was doing my nails she was hurting me and the place was unsanitized it also looked like the tools she was using were not so clean and not NewNot to mention that afterwards after my nails were done and completely looked horrifying and they hurt so much because she had pinched me with all of her tools and made me bleed a little bit they had told me that my nails were all of a sudden $55 for a short length acrylic with gel to me that seems absolutely ridiculous I don’t know if it isn’t to you after three days of having those acrylics on it felt completely horrible I had started infection on my fourth finger I’m going to add some pictures what it looks I had took in the acrylics off because my nails started to hurt under the acrylic they felt really dry and my skin started to peel offSo coming down to it do not recommend this place at all it’s better to put the money down the toilet and flush it because that’s exactly how I feel after a visit at this placeService: Acrylic nailsIf there was an option to give them -5 stars that’s some thing I would definitely do came in a few days before Christmas so I guess they were in a mood of scamming people I came in and I was told before hand that my nails full set with …More

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give zero stars I would!My friend and I showed up for a pedicure around 11:30 on a Sunday morning. We chose the middle level which was $38 picked out polish and sat down. The water was luke warm and we soaked our feet for maybe one minute.I have never been to a nail salon where the lady doesn’t communicate with you at all. She would hold her hand out when she wanted my foot and would push my foot away when she was done. Not once did she ask me to move, reposition, or twist my foot at all! Not once!She was frazzled about something and it was showing in her attitude and her work. She was way to rough, and ended up cutting my toe and making me bleed. She was not paying attention while pushing skin back and stabbed several of my other toes. She would wipe away the blood and continue to work in hopes I didn’t see it. When I complained she said that she was working on my in grown nail. Earlier I mentioned we went with the middle level which consisted of callus remover and a foot scrub and leg massage.Well, she skipped over all of it! She might have scrubbed the bottom of my foot for a good thirty seconds max.Once I complained my friends pedicure took a turn too! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had to come home and refile my nails because they were all different lengths. I asked for coffin shape and they look like fans. Told the lady I want them to be skinny and they are not. I have glue all over my fingers along with cotton. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my sister went in and got fills on our acrylic nails they were very rushed bith of us have frooked nails and a day later one of mine already breaks on gop of that they charged me 50 for a fill and two fixes and 40 for jer a fill because her nails are not short but thry are not very long. Would not recommend going here.Service: Manicure

He said he would do the old acrylic ones without removing themand said he would charge the same as the new nail. and I said I didn’t want them and wanted them to be renewed. Positive: Quality, ValueStopped by to find out about a gel manicure. They got me and my mom in right away. She got blue glitter and I got white tips. We both love our nails. I even got a little bit of glitter on top of the white. Prices weren’t terrible either. Very sanitary as well!
