Got my nails painted with my 3 year old. She sat very still and was getting compliments from the other customers but the man doing mine and her nails was extremely rude to her and myself. I did stand up for myself and did not tip. If you come here don’t let that man touch your nails. He also added a five dollar tip to the service because he knew he was being hateful. Do not come here. Go somewhere else. My nails came out worse than I do them. Will be going home to fix myself.

Walked in and said that I wanted to get my nails done and I wanted the color-changing nails. The guy that did it seemed like he didn’t understand what I was saying. So I turned and asked another customer to help me explain. She said it was the gel so I told him that and the way he did my nails I could have done at home if I had the proper equipment. This is not what I asked for but what’s done is done.

4/5 stars on cleanliness but very nice and welcoming ladies (and gentlemen) we came in with a large group and they made sure we each enjoyed our experience. We also had husbands with us to get pedicures and the ladies made them just as comfortable and not like their feet were disgusting. If ever in the area again, I would return. (:

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI would not recommend this salon to anyone!I stopped by because the salon I normally go to was packed and got a pedicure it’s seemed as though she wasn’t doing the overlay correct but I let her continue. In the end my right toe was lumpy and the shape was wrong. I explained to her she said it was the polish I chose. I went home and many other people said the same thing. I called the salon and a man answered saying they were closed and hung up. I called back a lady told me to come and it would be a 45 min wait. I have NEVER felt so rushed in getting a mani/pedi!! I did not feel the place was clean and very unsure if they sanitized the tools. I guess the worst thing is I was overcharged for services. Told the woman I wanted dipped coffin nails. They didn’t have the first three colors that I wanted. So when she did my nails she did them acrylic and not dipped. Which was not what I asked for because they have to extra file it down to look like a coffin and not thick. The black stuff got in my nails and it’s stuck in the acrylic. And when she painted it clear it’s not smooth it’s runny and bumpy. She needs a little bit more practice she’s not experienced like the other ones. I’m probably not going back cuz this is the second time.
