This place is overpriced for the experience you receive. We brought two little girls in for their first pedicure and they barely did a service for them. We made it very clear that we were very interested in making said girls experience exciting for them. They didn’t seem to care. Some of the massage chairs didn’t work. Not all customers were treated equally. As some were offered refreshments were others wasn’t. When asked for acrylic with gel I was told no that everyone would be getting dip. When I said I would like acrylic again I was told no that dip was better. When it was time to pay. They had a piece of paper without details on it just numbers written on it. We were told this is how much you owe! At that point it wasn’t like we could say oh we don’t want the nails. So we paid but I promise Both my family nor myself will not be back..

So upsetting and heartbreaking. I went there to get my nails done the first time ever and they looked great.. not even 3 days later they were breaking off with just me doing the worlds most simple tasks. i went to go get them done again and they fixed them for free but put the wrong shade color on. MIND YOU these were for my engagement pics. i went in AGAIN for the third time and this time decided to just go ahead and pay for another set not even a week after getting them done the first time the day of my engagement pictures the chipped and broke. not only did my nails look horrible in the pictures i had to pay more money just to get them photoshopped. NEVER going back.

So it saddens me to even leave this. But I been only going to this nails salon since I moved to Jonesboro since 2014. Bc I loved the service and me and my mother use to come to them. So when my mom passed I continued to go. But my recent experience I’ve had with this salon. Was not a good one. One of the workers when he did my pedicure. He was not in a good mood I guess. He was rough with doing my feet he peeled the skin off my toe nail and it was painful. Very careless and it’s crazy because he was one of the best to do my pedis. But I didn’t like his ora at all. He usual talks to me and did not. Seem like he had an attitude I was the last person n the salon before they closed. I guess that was the reason. I didn’t even get all the service that came with the pedicure. Because him being careless and rough really upset me. And I paid and just left. Usual would leave a tip but I didn’t. But I will not be back to City , Nails & Spa no longer.
