This place was great when they opened but they have consistently decreased in their quality of services. I went today and a nice young lady did my nails but they came out awful. Uneven acrylic, polish uneven, and sharp corners. She did offer to try to correct it but due to time (I had already been there 2 hrs for a polish change and a fill). I think it’s time to find a new salon, I’m sorry this one isn’t going to be my go to anymore.

Amy performed dip powder on Thursday.. chipping occurred by Saturday..since I’ve been doing business with her for almost a year I have her personal number to make appointments. Also, she told me if I ever have a problem just reach out to her.. so I did.. I was met with attitude and irritation to fix her work! The Amy I saw today is not the Amy I’ve been providing loyal business to. She had another female tech complete the repair that Amy told me to come in today and have done. The tech was aggressive and rude! When I told Amy that she lost a customer she replied with, “oh well”. I’ve spent a lot money and provided her business with customers. She’s not the business professional I thought! I’ll be sure to spread the word NOT to do business with her establishment! It says a lot about an owner that doesn’t welcome their customers when they have a problem with their work. Look at the sloppy repair in photos (index and middle fingers). And the fact that the tech coughed on my hands in a pandemic is absolutely deplorable! I pulled my hand back and she looked at me like I was crazy! Instead of fixing the chip the tech filed the chipped area down making the shape uneven.. that’s not a repair .. I could have done that instead of wasting my time to come in. And, left dried product on my cuticle! How trifling!! Also, did it really require two people to do my repair?? With attitude Amy said you need to do acrylic instead of dip. She knows I do not like acrylic, so why recommend. Amy, it’s not what you say it’s how you say it to your customer! From the reviews, it appears that Amy has gotten too comfortable and needs to humble herself. There is a nail salon on every corner… people do not have to spend their money and time with your business. Please don’t let these positive reviews fool you. There is a nasty side to her I discovered today! Also, I get the feeling that she shows a difference with how she treats women of color! Making sure the word gets out so no one else experiences this!

I booked for a full set gel and I sit down for my appointment and the lady starts doing dip powder on my nail, i remind her of what i booked for and she insisted she could do a French tip with dip powder. As she was doing my nails i noticed there was no curve in the French which i had previously showed her a photo and my nails ended up looking nothing like what i wanted. I didn’t like it and went back the next day and the same lady fixed it for free, which i was very happy about. The past 3 visits I’ve had to this salon I had booked an appointment several days in advanced yet every time without fail I had to sit and wait hours before being helped. I would even come in with my friends who didn’t have appointments and they were both done with their nails before mine even were started. My appointments were always for 3pm and sometimes I wouldn’t leave till 6:30. This is unacceptable customer service and I will not be come back.

I’m very particular about the shape and overall quality of my nails & Ms. Nancy definitely checked off all boxes and I never even had to vocalize any concerns before, during, or after my visit. She really took her time and made sure I was pleased before leaving her chair which I greatly appreciate. She also did my eyebrows which I never get done because I usually do them myself but I went for it & needless to say I walked out very pleased, my eyebrows looked clean and not over waxed, just very symmetrical and neat. My overall experience was great and I’m extremely happy with the quality of service I was given. I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town. First off I made an appointment for someone @1 they didn’t care at all they gave me whoever . Whoever sits at station 4 needs to be fired. I ask the chick did she know how to do these and she said yes. As you can see she did terrible and I had polish on my skin. I called up there so angrily they told me to come back and the person who was suppose to do my nails fix them (did the black set) they are so much better now.but I will never visit here again I’m done . This is my new spot. The overall service of the entire staff was awesome and my nail tech Jason was amazing! I went in to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding this weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out. My sister also went here to get her nails done for the big day (also done by Jason) and they are everything she wanted! Thank you so much and we both will be returning!

I stopped by the shop last night and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the young lady that did my nails, but she did fantastic and will forever be my go to. The store was very clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend
