I love JOY! She is the best! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now. Everyone here is very nice and does a great job. The owners always work with you to give you what you want! They want you to leave happy. One time I didn’t like the ANC color I picked and she was really sweet and fixed it to another color so close to closing time. Joy listens to what you want and makes it happen.

They only put one coat of Polish on my pedicure. They pretended to put a second coat with no polish. Plus the scrub was put on then moved around a bit and rinsed off. $27. Don’t get me started on the clumpy anc nails. Looks like I have ten blobs on my nails. Filing and shaping the nails is not part of the service of $38. Plus they never pushed my cuticles back and remove for both the ANC and pedicure. Waste of money. I would never go back or recommend.

I had to change my review…the quality of service I received the last time I went was poor. On a Friday night – it was almost empty. Even with no people in the location – they rushed through my pedicure. When they did my nails, they rushed that too. Maybe it was because they wanted to go home, but definitely will not be back.

I went here for a pedicure, my first after not having gotten my nails done since the start of the pandemic. The facility was spotless, with plexiglass guards up between the technician and the customer to help mitigate the spread of any germs. The pedicure bowls were lined with saran wrap for each customer, so there was no worry about any type of funky foot stuff being transferred from person to person.

I walked in and was told there would be a 15 minute wait for my mom and I to get our eyebrows done, everything was fine and I got mine done first. After looking at my eyebrows in the car I was almost in tears. I’m FUMING. One eyebrow is visibly thinner than the other. I’m so disappointed. Waxing
