Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy previous spa experience is the Red Door Spa (now out of business) so I’d say I came in with high expectations. I scheduled 3 services through the website app. One specialty service I couldn’t find in the app so I put it in the memo section, and they called me later to schesule the correct service. Super helpful over the phone.When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and led to the back changing room with robes, slippers and lockers. It was very clean and well maintained. I waited in a softly lit waiting room with calm music playing while I waited to get started. My first service was a massage. We talked a little about what I was looking for and I was offered an upgrade to CBD oil, which I accepted. I appreciated the offer, and I liked that it was offered but it didn’t feel pushy to me. My massage was wonderful and she listened when I said I preferred a heavy pressure. Second was a salt scrub, which was incredible – back to the changing room for the shower after that one, and the third service was a facial. I was again offered a small upgrade. The aesthetician felt a different facial was appropriate and I appreciated her expertise.All in all, I’d say this was a really relaxing experience, really high end and totally worth every penny. My previous spa experience is the Red Door Spa (now out of business) so I’d say I came in with high expectations. I scheduled 3 services through the website app. One specialty service I couldn’t find in the app so I put it in the memo section, and they called me later to schesule the correct service. Super helpful over the phone.

I scheduled the apt. and found out that I certainly had nothing to be concerned/reluctant about. I am a returning customer and must say that I was not disappointed in the least. The spa was clean and tranquil. The receptionist are extremely pleasant and helpful as usual. The massage therapist was exceptional. She told me where she found potential tissue. issues and provided recommendations.
