A step above other Salons? I think not. I had. 1:00 appointment, ( I was her first appointment after her lunch break), she was 15 minutes late, she didn’t apologize, she didn’t ask my name, and I received the worst haircut ever. She gave an excellent massage while shampooing, other than that, many steps below other establishments. Very disappointing, and I won’t be back. Sorry!
