My first time with Kimber but long time lash extension wearer. I booked online via her “site” & when I arrived she was surprised she had an appointment as she hadn’t checked her booking site & asked me if I could return an hour later. I did. The aesthetics were great. The BEST chair ever. The lashes looked great initially however within 12 hours the fills had all fallen off. I reached out via email-returned. I called & left a voicemail-no answer/no returned call. I texted the issues I experienced & wasn’t sure if her hours were correct or not on site as nothing else seemed to work effectively & was more than willing to have her do the lashes over but instead she refunded my money with no communication other than the receipt text.

Not only was I super comfortable and relaxed the entire time, kimber also has an amazing music playlist and the two hours flew by. My lashes have never looked better! I love this place!!
