Opened in 2020, Mahwah, New Jersey, became home to the 9th City Image Barber Shop Location. Our team of talented barbers ensures some of the best quality haircuts and customer service in the Northern New Jersey area. In 2009, Jeff Agnello decided to open up the first City Image Barber shop location at 19 years old. With dreams of eventually owning multiple locations, he now runs the largest privately owned barbershop chain in New Jersey, with 10 locations. City Image is also the first and only barbershop in the country to provide its employees with FREE healthcare! Our Mission is to continue to challenge the men’s haircutting Industry by creating an atmosphere where clients feel welcomed, and employees feel inspired.

I’ve been going to City Image for the past 2 years, and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. The whole staff is extremely nice, friendly, and professional. Carli cuts my hair most often, and I’ve got to say, she’s truly a wizard with some scissors. I’ve only ever gotten 5-star, 10/10 haircuts from her (seriously).
