Opened in 2018, Caldwell, New Jersey, became home to the 7th City Image Barber Shop Location. Our team of talented barbers ensures some of the best quality haircuts and customer service in the Northern New Jersey area. In 2009, Jeff Agnello decided to open up the first City Image Barber shop location at 19 years old. With dreams of eventually owning multiple locations, he now runs the largest privately owned barbershop chain in New Jersey, with 10 locations. City Image is also the first and only barbershop in the country to provide its employees with FREE healthcare! Our Mission is to continue to challenge the men’s haircutting Industry by creating an atmosphere where clients feel welcomed, and employees feel inspired.

Followed my barber (Christine) over, let me say, their service is on point at all the locations I’ve visited so far. So the business initiative works. One thing I noticed here, is it’s very kid friendly, and those kids come out with sharp cuts. As always it’s a blast and I always tell them they’re like a sitcom and should have a show. Now back to the primary reason I go there, the hair cuts are definitely excellent from the barber I see working their craft.

Where do I even begin? The shop is clean with friendly employees and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the barbers specifically, Zay, welcomes you with a warm greeting before getting right to business and leaving you feeling a good sense of comfort.
