She spent a lot of time with me and clearly understood my skin type and my goals. The facial felt very customized, and not like she was just following a list of steps for a certain amount of time like they do at some spas. The extractions were as gentle as an extraction can possibly be. When I left, my skin looked great! None of that redness I’d come to expect from facials. I honestly think this might be the best facial l’ve ever had. Elena is very good at what she does. She spent a lot of time with me and clearly understood my skin type and my goals. The facial felt very customized, and not like she was just following a list of steps for a certain amount of time like they do at some spas. I went places before where they were heavy and would fall out quicker or would be clumped with so many of my natural lashes that it would not only damage my natural lashes but leave obvious gaps when one fell out. Now mine last for three weeks and when one does fall out, you can’t tell because she takes the time to do each individual lash for lash. I will never go anywhere else but City Glow Florida to get my lashes done. They’re always so beautiful and so light! I went places before where they were heavy and would fall out quicker or would be clumped with so many of my natural lashes that it would not only damage my natural lashes but leave obvious gaps when one fell out. She was so sweet and patient and her pricing is very affordable. It’s been almost a week and they still looks as good as they did the first day. My lashes usually don’t hold up this well so I’m very happy! 100% recommend.
