Would give them 0 stars. The older man who works there doesn’t know how to do nails. I showed him a design and told me to get something else. I had him change my nails twice because they kept turning out ugly. All nails are uneven and lumpy. Tried to fix them when I got home but they’re too bad off. A waste of my money. You can see the prior polish through the clear top coat.

this place has horrible service, all they try to do is steal your money from you. I came in asking for a fill the lady LINDA insisted that I get a whole new set for 55… I let her do it even tho my previous set lasted an entire money no chips or anything lifting… for her to do my nails and they start popping off not even 3 days later… then they charged me $47 for a GEL COLOR CHANGE with an Acrylic FILL not even a full set again… not even a full pedicure… and she said it will be 102 total… when it was only 55 for my hands right? they are liars and thieves! do not spend your money here at all ever… and the quality isn’t even good they will tell you what they’re going to do for you and not what you want

Usually when I come in, the service is fairly decent. Recently I went in with a group of friends for a girls day and it was brought to my attention that my friend started BLEEDING from how hard they were pulling at her nail beds on BOTH hands. They continued to pull and rip after she explained to them how painful it was and then they proceeded to argue with me about giving her a small discount for the inconvenience and discomfort. The workers also continued to blame my friend for THEIR error and as I kindly attempted to resolve, one of the female workers completely dismissed us and our concerns. They aren’t bad when it comes to making nails look good, but at the expense of quality service and the health of your nails, it just isn’t worth it.
