I took my very rambunctious kids into City Buzz for haircuts for all 3 of us. Sandy and another hair dresser (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!) took less than 15 minutes to finish all of us. My kids barely had time to register they could start trouble. They seemed to inherently understand that time was of the essence and got me and my kids in and out with superb talent! Thank you. I will never go anywhere else.

I came in asking for a wolf cut and showed the lady a photo, and then she gave me a super short bob. It was nothing like the photo I showed her and my hair was more than long enough to the look or something along the lines of it. Before I could put all my hair in a pony tail and now it’s so short that I can’t pull any of it back. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went in for a simple haircut just clear the fried ends out of my hair and I really wanted a color correct but she told me there was no time it wasn’t busy and I was there at 130pm on Wednesday (I wouldve understood if there was either a bridal party in or was close to closing which is why i went early on a less busy day). She cut my hair dry which I didn’t mind cuz the ends were so bad they tangled and pulled out hair if touched too much but she did a very hurried job and there was another worker in there that kept looking at her like why aren’t you doing what she asked (as far as color) she was done with my hair in literally like 5 minutes (fastest I’ve ever been in a chair) talking to my husband the whole time and not really paying attention to my hair and I ended up with a VERY bad cut it is VERY uneven especially now that I’ve done did the color correct myself and straightened my hair there is literally long pieces where the shorter is, on one side of my layers is WAY shorter than the other, I’m hoping I can load the pics. I don’t understand why she was rushing and being like that cuz last year my daughter gave herself a cut and she fixed hers very well and it looked really good after couldn’t tell that she had butchered it lol so I know she can be better than that I don’t know her name she didn’t give it but she’s an older lady so you’d think with more experience she would know better she charged the $16 I gave her a $4 dollar tip cuz we were talking so I barely looked at my own hair and it was not straightened that day so I wouldn’t have been able to tell anyways. I will try to load pics so it’s more clear what I mean. And I’m not one to complain at salons or anywhere else really I would’ve expected this a great clips but not city buzz.

Best prices around for the stuff they sale ! Also the workers are very helpful if you need help they don’t try to push stuff on the customers . If you ask for help they will always! Staff n owners alike are the best in customer service in the area. No rudeness at all I’ve been going there off n own for 15 years
