1145 on a Monday morning, open hours from 7am-4pm. Come to location, door is locked. With a $10 haircut sign outside on the side walk, lights on. So, I call to make an appointment, I can’t cut your hair til tomorrow at 4pm. Customer service is becoming more and more obsolete, and now has become an issue in a very old school profession. Small business takes a lot of dedication, and lots of hours with little return. But those who stick it out will prosper. Next…
