Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now but today I felt so compelled to review. Julie (she works the front desk) went above and beyond to help me today. When I called to make a last minute appointment she fit me in and even recognized me on the phone before I told her my name. That is so amazing considering how many people she must talk to every day. When I got to my appointment early, she didn’t even bat an eye, sat me quickly and offered me a beverage while I waited for my pedicure. She even assisted me with a small cut I had given myself prior to my appointment, offering me ointment and a bandaid. She is the epitome of customer service! Her husband, Ken, does my nails and gets the shape right every single time. My pedicure was just as delightful from Nina! Thank you for great customer service even during such a busy day due to it being homecoming week. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now but today I felt so compelled to review. Julie (she works the front desk) went above and beyond to help me today. The salon looks nice, but the towel they placed my hands on for the manicure was dirty and had someone else’s nail clippings on it. They used a used nail file on me. My nails look good, just probably would not go back. My nail tech was on his phone the whole time, too. Dip powder, Manicure

Just moved to the are and decided to try out Citrus for a pedicure and gel manicure. I was offered a drink from a great bar menu, had an amazing 20 minute calf massage, and loved the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely a frustrating experience. Made a reservation days ago for myself and three girlfriends for pedicures. We were seated but two of us (out of the 4) have to wait 30 minutes for anyone to come over. I got up and left. I’m not sure why they even make reservations if that’s the way they’re going to do business. This is at least the second time this has happened to me at Citrus. Never going back. I highly recommend Signature Nails instead. Better service and they cost less too.

My nail tech did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I wish I could think of her name (she was an older lady) but she sat me in the chair for a while and had to work on another lady who accidentally ruined her own polish. My nail tail tech came back and apologized for the wait but she was thorough and took her time. I felt light on my feet for days!

This place is amazing! The salon is gorgeous, staff is so friendly, and they really know their stuff! I’ve never been disappointed when I get my nails done here. I’ve also never had to wait when I go in. They have plenty of staff to accommodate their customers. Love this place!

Had to go back home to set up an appointment for 1pm. Came back at 1pm, still had to wait another hour to be seen. The guy I got was very anxious, slow & seemed upset. The lady also messed up my eyebrows and waxed too much off on one eyebrow.

My family and I all got pedicures we all got the deluxe and it was perfect amazing massages all around. I like that they have a timer, good for both parties. They offered us drinks as soon as we sat down, they are very attentive. I will say their prices are on the higher side but I feel like I got a real massage. And my pedicure has lasted 2+ weeks perfectly.
