I made an appointment at Citrus Hills Nails for Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 9:00. I had my acrylic nails removed and had pink dips applied. The gentleman who took care of my nails was very pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with his work! He also did my pedicure and I was again extremely pleased! The shop was clean and nice and quiet. I had such a relaxing experience and highly recommend Citrus Hills Nails!

I’ve been coming here for years. I think today was the last time. I always get the same thing done. French on my fingers and toes. Every time. Today I was told that because my toenails were so small that it wouldn’t look good. You could have just said that you didn’t want to do it. My toenails were cut very short without asking, the cuticle on one is bleeding. When I went to pay I asked him to add $30 for tip in which he replied that I would write it on my slip. I wrote 20 because I was distracted, but the fact that he said to me “I thought you said $30?” Was it for me. First of all, I was being extremely generous giving that nice of a tip to you to begin with, but for you to correct me? I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’m giving 2 stars for a decent paint job.The lady that began my pedi was rough and sloppy!! I had to tell her to clean around and under the nail.All she did was cut and file and use cuticle cutters in various places!! When it came to the sides of my big toe they were sore,generally its from dirt getting impacted even though I get pedis every month.She asked me if I wanted her to cut my nail at the corners??!! When I sarcastically asked her if she could just clean them out…SHE SAID NO!! I about lost it.I mean…for me that’s the best part of getting my feet done.knowing that they are squeaky clean and soft!!

I have gone to this place a total of 3 times and the gel polish chips, and I have never made a fuss. I go back and have them redo my nails and pay $30 bucks. Today I asked if they could fix it and they wanted to charge $3 dollars and I was going to tip her anyway. I just walked out they are so many hungry they rather lose a customer and I tip her $10 too. Unbelievable…
