It’s difficult to choose a nail salon with how many exist in the area. A friend referred me here and now I will keep coming back. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. I love the free wine and awesome massages. It’s always best to just make an appointment ahead of time. And they have great prices considering how much more luxurious this place is compared to other nail salons.

Had a wonderful experience with Chloe. She is so sweet and patient. Did not make me feel bad for asking for changes as she did my nails at all. Super attentive to details, a true perfectionist! She asked several times along the way to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out. Would definitely recommend Chloe.

I have been going to Citris Nails for almost a year now. Kenny does an excellent job with SNS (dip powder). So good that I travel 2 hours to come monthly to have them done. He is so friendly and does an excellent job every time. Besides the new growth, I never have any lifting, chipping or peeling. Will continue going back! 1st picture is to show what I received yesterday and 2nd picture is what they looked like after 4 weeks right before I had them redone.

Receptionist was rude for some reason did not give me the customer service that she gave my other counter parts. Everyone else was wonderful. The place is beautiful . Definitely would go back.

9 days since my appointment and three nails have popped off like a press on and three others are chipped in half. I don’t what’s going on with nail places but this is the second place I’ve tried in this area where I left my dip manicure and within two hours my nail chipped and the next day another one did and continued every day. I told my nail tech that this just happened to me twice at another place I tried, my nails chipped and peeled within the first week. Are nail salons switching to cheaper product? Because I used a place in clear lake for two years and this never happened. Gonna have to make the drive back there again.

I went to get a pedicure with my family, for a sibling’s birthday. I’ve got ingrown toenails, so I normally avoid going to get pedicures because I always get infected nail beds afterwards no matter HOW gentle the service is– But this last time it didn’t happen! The technician was super caring and made special effort to make sure it didn’t happen and now I look FORWARD to going back!

Horrible experience and abysmal customer service- absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had to go back for a pedicure mixup that was fault of the salon. They told me how much it would be and to come back anytime, and then when I did come back was told a different and much higher price. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and unaccommodating. It’s unfortunate as the technicians were lovely. Very disappointed and frustrated.
