This salon is very hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service, other times I come and my tech doesn’t produce the results I want, sometimes they try and talk me out of my original idea. They always want me to do dip when I ask for acrylic. My most recent manicure, I was very unhappy with the shape and it took over 2 hours. Definitely not going back. They charged me $80 for nails I don’t like. They left this stuff by my cuticles and didn’t give me any cuticle oil. Very upset

The service was amazing! The nails itself are amazing quality and feel so light on my fingers. I got an extension with dip on my hands and a gel pedicure. used to go to Trellis at the Houstonian. But I have switched to citrus. It is one of the cleanest nail salons. I watch them wipe down the chairs not just change the plastic in the bowl for pedicures (I would like more massage though on my feet) but spray it with Clorox. And Mia‘s polish change lasts for about two weeks even though I go every week I wouldn’t have to. The front desk is smart. Kim has also done my nails and I have been happy.

Such a great experience at this location. I don’t know what being royal feels like but they sure did make me feel special. I got the shellac manicure and hot stone pedicure. This was my first time experiencing a mani/pedi at Citrus. They do the usual treatment that you would get for a mani/pedi, but I felt like they put some love into the massage and hot stone/wax part. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and get pampered.

Worst nail salon I ever been. Upon arriving they were rushing me to pick a color and sit. I was indecisive over the color I selected. I then saw the nail artist nails and informed her I liked her nude color nails and if she can suggest a color like that for me. She then tells me “that color is too pale for you, you need a brighter color like the one I had selected.” Then I informed her I wanted to have my nails long and not very short. She then presided to inform me that one of nail was broken and needs to cut it shorter. I had then continued to let her do what she said. Then the nail polish looked so thick on my nails. Never again stepping to this nail salon. I had had better experience at another nail salon. Zero stars.

Took a very long time and I was just exhausted rather than relaxed and wanted to leave and didn’t want to bother with it any longer!
