Kim always does an incredible job with my hair—she truly listens to what my needs are and executes beautifully every single time. I could get my hair done locally, sure, but I’d much rather travel 40 minutes to see Kim for guaranteed perfection. Kim is a bonafide professional through and through with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has been my go-to for years and I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service I consistently receive from her. Kim always does an incredible job with my hair—she truly listens to what my needs are and executes beautifully every single time. From the moment you walk in the shop, you are given the red carpet treatment. The shop is adorable, very pristine, yet very comfortable. The products Kimberly uses are amazing and carefully selected to be not only good for all her clients, but catered to your hair specifically. Not to mention they smell amazing. It is like an aromatherapy session. I gave Kimberly a rough idea of what I wanted, sat down in her chair, and she worked her magic. I do mean magic. So anxious, in fact, that I have had the same haircut for fifteen years because I (a) have no idea what would work well for my hair type and (b) panic when stylists ask me what’s being done and just ask for a simple trim. Getting my hair done has always been super stressful for me; the stylists at other places often seem overworked, tired, and impatient, and I always feel like I’m making their lives hard by not knowing what to do with my hair. Kim, on the other hand, is a magical unicorn of a person. The salon is beautiful and spotless and puts you immediately at your ease. Kim is so warm, encouraging, and kind, and after twenty minutes with her, I had the best haircut I’ve had in years. She took the time to ask about my hair care routine, my preferred level of maintenance, etc., and the result was a truly lovely and personalized experience that I can’t recommend highly enough. So anxious, in fact, that I have had the same haircut for fifteen years because I (a) have no idea what would work well for my hair type and (b) panic when stylists ask me what’s being done and just ask for a simple trim.
