AVOID and look elsewhere! Citrine does not take care of its clients. I was a loyal customer since the salon opened in 2018 and visited the salon monthly except when it was closed by the pandemic. I have regularly purchased hair products from this business. When my stylist had a personal emergency and had to be out for a month, I called for help with an appointment, hoping for something with any stylist within a few weeks. I had never asked for help before. I spoke to Jessica who told me they would not help me, period. She was astonishingly disrespectful, condescending, rude and hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke to the salon owner, Cathy, who cares more about her bottom line than the clients. They both seriously lacks basic customer service skills. Sadly, the salon atmosphere has become tense, the receptionist is non-existent, and the condescending ownership drove me away. If you want a salon that values it’s clients and treats them with respect, AVOID this salon!

This place is the best. When my favorite girl Hollie is off, I can go to anyone else and be nearly just as happy. My daughter has a different stylist here who she positively adores. It’s a cute salon with lots of positive energy. You’ll walk in feeling meh, and walk out looking and feeling awesome.

Jessica was AMAZING. I never get my hair done because I’ve had such bad experiences in the past and I’m terrified of anyone touching my hair but she did an incredible job and gave my all kinds of tips to help me better style and care for my hair! Go see her!!

I had the same stylist for my whole life (49 years) but it was time for a change. My hair is so thin and does not grow well so I was so nervous to have my hair cut by anyone else. I finally got the nerve up and made an appointment with Rachel. She immediately put me at ease, not just because she’s super nice, but because she was thorough and thoughtful when she discussed my style and preferences. I could tell right away she was going to do a great job, and she did! I loved my hair more than I ever had before. I regret waiting as long a I did. Rachel is fantastic!!! I also had my hair cut and colored by Jessica and she was amazing too!! Citrine is such a perfect name because this place is a true gem!!!
