After months of going here with no issues, and actually great (best) installs I have had yet on my “extensions” journey..I had one concern with a noticeable patch of gray after my last color service, which I politely brought up and worked to come to a fixable solution with my stylist, the issue was then addressed and I left happy…only to receive a very unexpected message two days later that all of my future appointments were cancelled and they no longer wished to have me back!! Just threw me to the wolves out of the blue!! Very unfair to myself, current and/or future clients… not to mention unprofessional and catty!! Very disappointing
