I have been getting my monthly haircut here for about a year and a half now. Perfect location and quick cut. Also a very good price for Bethesda barbers. Cash only is the only drawback but I always make sure to swing by the ATM before my haircut.

Worst haircut of my life. Actually embarrassing that someone can cut hair so bad. I look like simple jack and my confidence is completely shattered. Considering shaving my head because that would be better than the atrocity I have right now. Five months of hair growth down the drain. Can’t believe the guy looked at me with a straight face and asked if I liked it. Almost broke into tears when I saw how he massacred my beautiful hair.

Infuriatingly disrespectful by not opening when they say they are open. I’ve tried a few times weekday morning. The door says they open at 8:30. That’s a lie. The “We will be back soon” sign shows they will be back at 9:00am. That’s also a lie. 9:15? No one there. 9:30? No one there. It’s a good haircut there but the outright contempt for customers’ time is a deal breaker. I will never go here again.

I asked for a fade and 1/2 an inch off top. I walked away without a fade and about 2 inches off the top. I was charged extra as well for getting a “long hair” haircut despite walking in with already short hair (I had like 3 inches). I won’t be going back. Store also opened later than listed.

Got exactly the haircut I wanted, expect a bit shorter than expected but that always happens at the barber shop . But the guys are so nice and even though I showed him the specific length and style I guess I could’ve told him to stop at a certain length.
