Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled more than a week in advance because I had to get coverage at work in order to go to my appointment since I only have Sunday off. The day before I get a text saying it is cancelled because he’s sick, I would think that in a salon someone else would step up to fill in but all I got was a text saying my appointment was cancelled. It was cold and unprofessional and by the time I can reschedule I’m going to need a full set instead of a fill. I feel completely disregarded like my time doesn’t matter. I had an appointment scheduled more than a week in advance because I had to get coverage at work in order to go to my appointment since I only have Sunday off. The day before I get a text saying it is cancelled because he’s sick, I would think that in a salon someone else would step up to fill in but all I got was a text saying my appointment was cancelled. The ladies here are fantastic and this will be my third visit with them. Worth every penny and my former co-worker got her lashes here too and they are amazing! Never knew that they weren’t her natural ones.

Ladies, if you have hesitated to try microbladed permanent color for brows because it might not look natural…hesitate no more! Rachel did a fabulous job for me today. I have virtually no hair on my brows and what I do have is too light to show, so after years of frustration with pencils and powder, I finally decided to go for it…and I am thrilled with the results! The salon is immaculate, classy and beautiful and Rachel is skilled and professional. She created exactly the natural look I wanted. Highly recommend her services! Will definitely keep up with periodic touchups….NO MORE DRAWN ON BROWS!

I was so excited for my lash extension and brow wax appointment because of all of the amazing reviews. I booked weeks in advance, got the confirmation text and confirmed my appointment. After driving 30 minutes the salon was not even open. Why would you confirm an appointment I booked if you don’t even plan on the salon being open???? Hopefully I don’t get charged for “not showing and not canceling” like their policy states, if I can get charged for not cancelling I should get discounted services for the esthetician not showing up to my appointment. UPDATE: Kate Husted is amazing and fit me into her schedule to make up for the other esthetician not showing up for my appointment!!!

1/10 will never go back. I got a lash lift and tint as well as brow tint. My brows are two different sizes and shapes. I’m embarrassed to have to be seen with these until they fade. The lash tint is the only thing that turned out well.
