I love this place! I brought my highschool children to this hairsalon, not expecting much and hoping they wouldn’t mess up on the requests I made. The hairstylist Ellen (I hope I’m correct on the name) was absolutely marvelous. My children don’t speak to strangers, they almost NEVER open up. Ellen’s vibe was so open and inviting that she put both at ease. She cut my children’s hair EXACTLY how they wanted it. No complaints, no running around the next day trying to find another salon to fix the issue, no surprises. I was even ecstatic about the price. I have been to several hair salons in the area and I’ve even been charged up to $155 dollars for TWO haircuts, only haircuts. The price for both, $60. How fantastic is that?! We even had a slight issue where my son wanted it to be slightly shorter, but was worried it would be too short if he went back. Let me say, I booked another appt. a couple of days later and explained that he just wanted it a little shorter. Ellen was happy to accommodate us. She went above and beyond service when she didn’t charge me for the extra trim. I’ve never had any salon do that for me. I’m a family of 5, I use to be a family of 6 but recently lost my husband to Covid. Having to make easy decisions is a wanted pleasure that I haven’t had recently and I can now relax when thinking about future haircuts for my family. THIS is where we will be going for now on. The stylist (heather) listened carefully to everything that i had to say, gave great advice on any modifications to the cut that i wanted and delivered! The price was also amazing! Not only do a get and excellent yet affordable cut from Elle every time, but it is close and convenient to my work and home. I got my hair done at Citihair today and as always it was a wonderful experience! They were diligent with their COVID protocols. As I walked in the door my temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was provided to me. The chairs were spaced more than 6 feet apart and everyone was wearing masks. The station I was seated at was cleaned before I even made it out the door. This has always been a very clean location and they are just doing an absolutely amazing job with the added protocols. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a clean and safe hair salon with extremely talented hairdressers.
