Yes I like it here. The girls are great. They work on multiples of your party as needed. Talkative, informative, and genuine. I go mainly because of them because I usually make myself bleed when I do my own toenails. They are way better at it than I ever will be. And I thank them for that.

Went there about 3-4 weeks ago to have a color change on my acrylics. The lady who did my nails was super nice they looked nice but I was charged $25 for a color change. She then told me as I was leaving if I came back it would only be $20 to get my nails filled. Went to have my nails filled today and was there for an hour and a half. The girl filed the gel polish of my nails, and also cut my cuticles on a few nails. I was then charged %20 for the fill and $15 for the gel polish. Nowhere on their website does it say $15 for gel polish plus the price of the fill. Only went back because I was told $20 for a fill. Will not be going back, I will continue to go to the original place I went too.

I made an appt at least a month ago to get a full set, and 2 pedis. I walked in and got my full set started and it took about 3 hrs for those to even get done (they look good but I’ve never had my nails done and it took THAT LONG). THEN they tried telling me I had to reschedule our pedis bc they had over booked. I was not rescheduling them bc when I called to make the appts, their was 1 other appt made for hair at like 1:00 (mine was at 10:30, was supposed to be anyways, but whoever wrote it down put 10:00). I’d definitely rather drive to Olean or Hornell to get my nails done now. I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs now to get my nails done and this was the worst experience ever. I hope it gets fixed and no one EVER has to spend 3 hrs and 45 mins in there just to be told we might have to reschedule our appts anyways, no thanks.
