I don’t get my nail done often and struggling to communicate what I want. At first I was unhappy with my nails. I called them up and explained what happened. They had me come back and fixed what i needed. I feel I was well cared for. Very please with my nails now. I will be returning. Great customer service goes a long way.

I got my nails done on 5/27 Friday and yesterday on 5/31 the clear coat has chipped on the white nails and the red nails. this has happened in the past here. They do different steps at the end of SNS than most places, not sure if that is why they never last even a week.

Use to love coming here but past few times I’ve came they have been terrible, I tried hoping that it was just bad days but sadly not the case. They have displays all over the place of their services and prices and past few times I went they tried over charging the prices. Ombre nails is displayed for 55 I was told by the tech it’s 90.00. They have gotten rude and seems annoyed they even have to do your nails. They have messed up on my nails several times but this recent time he rushed through my nails usually takes an hour maybe little longer, he did a full set in less than 30 mins and one already broke and the acrylic wasn’t sanded down well so nail color looks terrible because of all the ridged edges, this last time done it. I won’t be going there ever again.

I was just refused service because I didn’t want gel on my nails I asked for a manicure with regular gel polish they told me because of “Covid” but y’all dipping any and everyone fingers in that SNS that’s nothing but Germs!!! The lady was rude about it when she wasnt even the one doing my nails I didn’t get loud or cause a scene so I just askst for a manicure and to get my eyebrows done instead then the Man refused my service because I wasn’t getting gel !!! I will not be going back I’m at Walmart where I should of went anyway
