As soon as I got there I felt so welcomed. This was my first time at Citi Nails.I was so relaxed while she did my pedicure and Dip. When she finished my dip there were no mistakes. I used to come here all the time so I felt fine going. When I went in for my pedicure it wasn’t too busy the man sat me down and filled the tub with warm water and walked away. I waited about 20 minutes or so for someone to come, my feet were already wrinkled and my water cold. When the lady finally came I told her what I wanted which was a lavender spa ped. She rushed through my whole pedicure did not clean my toenails at all she pretended to do so but didn’t. I’m telling her things like please don’t cut my toenails only file them please make them square.She was like yeah yeah but either didn’t understand or just not listening. When she finally got to the nail polish she did such a terrible job it was almost like she didn’t know how to polish toenails. She flooded my cuticles and the sides of my nails with polish, these people will never again get another dollar from me

Absolutely fantastic I went there for the first time at the last minute. Very wonderful conversation, like if we had known one other for years! Extremely tidy and professional. And perhaps most importantly, I simply like my nail. Which is saying a lot considering how picky I am—almost annoyingly so. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

I’m very happy with the acrylic nail refill I got done at this nail salon. There are so many different types of services offered. There was no waiting for a nail artist to be available. Prices are very reasonable as well. I have found my new favorite place to get my nails done.

Mrs. Tammy and here staff was so wonderful. I came all the way from Oklahoma City and my nails was very damaged. I told her my issue and she fixed and knew exactly what I needed. She listen to me and did exactly what I wanted with no complaints. I love Citi Nails 3 and If you are in the Bakersfield California area I highly recommend them to you. Blessings
