Critical: Quality, ValueDon’t waste your time or money. I have been other places and never did they charge me to take off my gel because I came from somewhere else . I came to get a gel polish change which is usually like $18-$20, but here was $22. After getting my nails done they told me $30! If I knew that I could’ve gotten a feel l manicure. Point Is they charged me $5 to take off the gel even tho I was going gel there, then they charged me $3 JUST for glitter!!! I never got charged for glitter anywhere else mind you it’s not a design it’s just polish! And i only put glitter on two nails! My nails weren’t even great it was a bit sloppy. If you come here make sure to ask questions first. I still tipped her too. Crazy because I will never go back And I am a paying and tipping customer.Don’t waste your time or money. Have had much better experiences in the past. The 40 minute wait with an appointment is understandable with staffing struggles. But my manicure peeled the next day! It was a new technician so hopefully it is just a learning curve…

I actually don’t think this place even deserves a one star but gave it a one so I can leave a comment. I have been to this place a couple times and every time it’s a different experience. I am a pretty friendly person. I come in. I smile. I greet them with a smile. But every single time I find them to be very unfriendly and cold to me but, above and beyond friendly to the white people. So I am left speechless to wonder why. Does my skin color really determine how you treat me being that I am paying the same amount of money as everyone else. And I am to the owner of the place. This is disappointing to say but a reality. I will not be going here anymore.

I have been there a few times and although the job they do is adequate, no one ever showed a trace of friendliness. One time the manicurist left half way though the job and another person had to finish her job, all with not a single word. Another time the manicurist didn’t do hand massage. They don’t seem to be happy there and it makes all the difference.
