Terrible customer service. Called and texted the day prior regarding stitch braids and was told “you can walk in anytime after 10 and someone in the shop will help you” I came in at 2 today – upon me walking in no braider seemed like they wanted to help, I asked for 6 stitch braids they said no one there does stitch braids today. I left and decided to call to see if tomorrow I could try again – someone answered, I asked “will there be someone to do stitch braids tomorrow?” I was Immediately hung up on.

My first experience here was amazing. Despite opening a little later than stated on their website, the service was quick and professional. When I asked for a particular style, they took my hair care into consideration and adjusted to fit my specific needs, which I really appreciated. They provided the braiding hair, which was super convenient, and although they were working on multiple clients at once, they made sure I wasn’t waiting more than 5-10 minutes at a time when they were switching over. I was in love with my style and received so many compliments on it. I am looking forward to returning soon.

My first trip was a good experience, the owner of the salon did my hair and I was very happy, i received endless compliments. It took about an 1 hour. My second trip, however, not so great. I went in to get box braid and came out with a massive headache and a face lift. I am not exaggerating when I say it took 6 hours. I wanted medium size and came out with small, wanted shoulder length and it was on my back.It was so noisy in there, the employees were talking none stop. I know it’s a salon, but show your customers some respect and keep the noise down. Secondly, employees need to find out clients pain level, never had such tight braids in my life. ( BTW, I did tell her it was too tight). I wanted to like this place so bad, told my friends that I found a new hair salon and super excited to go again, but guess I have to keep looking!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to have my hair braided by Fatima. Before arriving I called and informed her that I would be late. When I arrived she refused to do my hair and she walked to the back of the shop and never returned she was very rude.

This is a great shop to get your hair braided. The ladies were nice. Binto did my hair and she was so light handed and I did not feel any pain. All the other ladies that was getting their hair braided also looked awesome. The prices were reasonable.

My box braids weren’t tight beyond bare and she did a phenomenal job. You can’t go wrong with any braid style. If you’re walking in, I suggest a 1/2 hour after opening because they may not arrive on time. It’s still worth the wait.

I will never step foot in that store again. Someone there told me that the lady who will be doing my hair will be coming soon. I asked for the price in case I needed to get more money. I went to get the money that was asked of which was $250. When I returned, I showed the lady that I was suppose to be waiting for to go my hair the style that I wanted. She said, “ this style takes a long time and we don’t have anyone here to do that”. When I was walking out another hair dresser told her in French that I was the lady waiting for her to do my hair. I guess money by the hour is more important to them then. Never again will I go there.

Very unprofessional. I called and made an appointment and was told to come in at 10. It’s 130pm and I’m still waiting. When you enter the shop you receive no acknowledgment and basically have to beg for them to speak. The woman that eventually speaks to you has a disgusting attitude and is rude. If you can deal with the attitude and lack of acknowledgment then go. I work hard for my money and will support any business but I will not accept rude, unacceptable behavior from people of any race when I’m paying for services.
