We LOVE Circus Cuts! I’ve been bringing my daughter to Ms. Rosa for over 4 years (including her first cut with adorable keepsake card) and couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else! Rosa explains what she’s doing, is conservative with the amount she takes off and always has a plan to what the end goal will be. My daughter had thinning of the sides around 2-3yo and instead of chopping off the rest of the length to match she explained what would be best long term and why. I’m absolutely convinced that my daughter wouldn’t have the beautiful curls that she does now had we gone anywhere else!

Oh my goodness — Ms. Rosa and her staff were fantastic! We’d gone to a few other salons in the area before finding her through Google and were so pleased. Our little guy has cried and cried during his haircuts at other places, but not here. She had the perfect setup for him to watch TV and play with toy cars. It was a great experience, I’d recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much for an adorable haircut, Ms. Rosa!

Took my son (2 year old) here a couple of times and both times the haircut was good but the owner has been rude. During one of the haircuts, my son was holding on to one of the toy cars that they have for kids. He didn’t want to let go of it once the haircut was done so my husband asked if he could take it and bring it back with him the next day and she said no. My son cried but she didn’t offer for him to keep this tiny little car. I thought that was so inconsiderate. Those little cars probably cost her $1 but she insisted that he put it back and watched him cry. Never going back again!

We had a great experience taking our 15 month old daughter. There were lots of little toys to keep her entertained and “little baby bum” was playing on the tv too! Rosa was quick and sweet. I was nervous about cutting her hair but I’m glad we did it!
