Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI had a mommy daughter day and was extremely impressed with the salon, but more specifically, Tina! She was amazing at making sure my daughter and I were happy with our nails. She communicated instructions to a newer girl who did my nails and consistently checked on me. I was also impressed with the girl who sat beside my nail tech as she assisted her in making sure she got the technique down. (Ombre nail color)My only critique if I had one was that of my nail tech. She did a great job on my nails, but didn’t have the best attitude/professionalism. She rolled her eyes at Tina when given instructions and then threw her hands up like, “I don’t know!” I’m all for supporting new techs and giving them a chance, however, the attitude from that nail tech made my daughter and I a little uneasy. When you are paying that kind of money, you expect a certain level of confidence and professionalism.Overall, it was a great experience! My daughter loves her nails and was happy with both of her techs! I had a mommy daughter day and was extremely impressed with the salon, but more specifically, Tina! She was amazing at making sure my daughter and I were happy with our nails. She communicated instructions to a newer girl who did my nails and consistently checked on me. I’ve been to many different salons in many different countries including in England, Germany and Luxemburg so I guess you can say I have lots of experience and comparisons.
