Critical: QualityMy hair color did not come out how I wanted. I showed her a picture of a brunette bayalage and she put “chocolate” color which came out RED! She over processed my hair my ends are super dry. Also did they botox treatment which she left for too long because she was literally taking care of 2-3 other girls at the same time as me and my root feel dry too! Did a great and quick job on my daughter’s hair. We walked in Late in the afternoon and the owner was eating and getting ready to leave for the day. She greeted us right away and after telling her my daughter wanted bangs, she decided to stay so she could take care of her personally. Highly recommend!!!

While I was visiting my parents, my mom brought me to this salon to get my natural hair blow dried because she had seen the hairdresser work on someone else’s natural hair. The hairdresser immediately frowned when she saw my hair and started fidgeting. So I told her to not worry about my hair because if she didn’t have confidence in her ability to handle my hair i didn’t want her touching my hair. So she started making excuses and telling me that my hair is very difficult to work with. It was takes time to blow dry my hair but any good hairdresser can do it. I was highly disappointed with this woman who calls herself a hairdresser and left.

So I’m coming all the way from New York and recently moved to Miami, if anyone knows anything about hair it’s Dominican women! I’ve been to three salons since I got here and let me just say, I am soooo happy I found Cindy! Since I walked in she was soo friendly so informative and her hands soo soft, did not break or pull too hard on my hair and it’s silky smooth and shiny. Will def be coming back soon
