First time I went and I waiting time alot and even though they will not attend you properly . I have to wait more 1 hr and the manager worked on my nail after returning to home next day my nail polish color changed. I went again to salon and talk with her again and showed my nail to her , she told she will fix it I wait almost 2 hr and nobody caring about me finally the manager come and worked on my nail and she didn’t clean the previous color very good and I told her please clean up very nice . She worked but again that was horrible. I never had bad experiences at all . There is no meaning of taking appointments on phone.If you have extra time then go and wait there.

She is so creative and always sends me out the door with the most magnificent manicure. Cindy’s is hands down the BEST place to go for nails! I’ve moved all over the seattle area (currently living in downtown seattle) and I still bus over for acrylic gel fills every 3 weeks. Kimberly is AMAZING at designs, this one turned out exactly identical to the reference pic I showed and I couldn’t be happier 🙂 The salon is very clean and relaxing, they really go above and beyond to make sure you get an amazing experience. HIGHLY recommend Cindy’s Nails!

The place was so good. Prices are nice and people are also. I asked for an shellac ombre and at first they said they couldn’t di it but then the women told me to wait for another women. Super friendly. She talked to me and made sure I was comfortable. The view is also very nice. Overall product was nice, will come back with my mom.
