When Cindy’s first opened, it was fantastic all the way around. Not so much now. It isn’t the fun, friendly place it used to be. Prices have gone up, understandably, but paying $105 for a mani, pedi, gel on toes, and powder dip on hands is a bit pricey. I pay $85-$90 elsewhere. I asked for a mani/pedi and I had to remind the guy to give me the mani before paint which consisted of him trimming my dry cuticles. No soak, no clean out underneath, no washing of hands, no massage, no lotion. Just a dry trim. Frustrating!
