Got a fill done by Mae 2 weeks ago. Poor scheduling made her run behind, she did my nails very poorly due to going fast. Went back to get them fixed & she redid them but with a lot attitude like… it was your fault not mine!!!! Next day my nail broke. Try getting in for a fix. Still full of attitude I couldn’t get in her schedule, she states she’s leaving on vacation. So I’m left without a nail for 2 weeks &still am!!! Think she had the courtesy to call me to simply say sorry come in so I can fix it I’m back from vacation… nope!!! Not even a sorry! Don’t waste your money or time!!!

$57 down the drain. I could have done better with my eyes blind folded. In their defense, they did call and asked me to come back so they could “fix” my nails. I refused cuz I had already spent 2-1/2 hours of my life there (that I will never get back)! All in all it was not a good experience and my nails looked horrible for graduation!!!! And….the place is dirty with disgusting bathrooms!!!! Would not recommend even though it was recommended to me by family.

We had an appointment set up and we’re ignored over half an hour. My nails were filed so thin both my own and my friends nails completely broke off. Another friend felt as though acid was poured in nails while getting acrylics done. Improve customer service. Doesn’t seem to be LGBTQ+ friendly.

I love this place, Cindy is great along with her crew. They will get you in and out as soon as they can while still doing a beautiful job. They only take cash and I would definitely make and appointment.

Sanitation in that salon was nonexistent! No no licenses were posted in the salon anywhere. Files were used on person after person, cash only transactions, and no taxes were applied to the cost of services. And when I asked why do you not charge taxes they told me they don’t pay taxes. State board will be notified ASAP !!!

Only take cash payment. It would have been good to know before I started. Got a natural overlay, worst I’ve ever had. May whom was the manicurist was to busy making phone calls on her cell to notice the sloppy uneven job she was doing. She got upset when I let her know. Not very sanitary when it comes to cleaning tools in-between clients.
