This was my first time going here. They did a good job on my nails but the pedicure was not up to par they didn’t scrub enough. And the other reviews are correct about the sanitary aspect they definitely reused the same nail filer and no cleaning was going on after pedicures just a bag change and spraying of water. Also there was a long wait and there should not have been as they were servicing people that came in after me instead of completing me first.

I came back in the morning and ask that the polish be corrected. The person that had done my service acted as if she didn’t see the specks!! Didn’t do a good job on my pedicure in removing all the dead skin on my heels. When trying to explain to the owner and the tech, they seemed to not understand which lead me to get frustrated. You understand enough to get my business but lack understanding when I want you to perform the job accurately. I will never patronize this business again because they are about money not customer service.

Wow! Just was awful not clean at all they reuse nail files that are completely white from others nails. Hey DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. So they do not understand what you want. I asked for a pedicure and manicure but she kept trying to give me a full set I must of told her so many times that ppl started laughing because she just could not understand. Did not do a good job with the pedicure. Very rude because of the language barrier her tone told it all. Will NOT BE BACK!!

I usually come here but when I told the pedicure lady about her rusty clippers, she went to her nail station and got another pair, sprayed it with alcohol, and prepared to finish up. Did she throw them away? Nope. So I called Cindy over but she couldn’t “understand” me. I showed her the rust and she said… “that’s okay!!!”.

I was getting a pedicure, the nail technician kept hounding me about paying for extra services. I politely told her what I wanted. I told her that , I wasn’t interested. I had to tell her like 4 times. That’s harassment! I don’t like this type of treatment. They are very stingy on that nail polish and they don’t do a good job….. I won’t be returning. I can do my own pedicures.

If you can live without the attention to the detail on your nails, Cindy’s is ok. She is absolutely awesome with eyebrows. When time allows me to do so, eyebrows at Cindy’s and nails somewhere else.

I said well if I’m getting 1 service I can just go else where. Y’all close at 8pm and it’s no wait. So she changed her mind and decided to service me fully. My pedicure was so rush and done in 10 min. She did not file down my toes. She did not fully rub in my lotion and after I told her she tried to but I refused. I was upset and told the lady that did my nails if she rush I would rather go elsewhere so she did take her time. With me being a hair stylist and being on my feet I look forward to these services.
