The place was disgusting. I told the lady there is a bump in my nail and she told me you have to look at it a different way it’s your eyes. The last fit she was filing and cut my nail and I said oh it wasn’t even the drill. Supposedly for rhinestones and all your nails is 100+ . Super cute nails every time! Cindy is super fast and does pretty good. They can be kind of rough and it can kind of hurt sometimes and the price can be very pricey. But I love the nails and the designs they do!

I have been going to this location for about 6 months and for the most part I have been satisfied. However, I noticed that my nail tech “Cindy” was rude, didn’t address my nail concerns, and barley spoke to me. However, she was talkative to other customers and acknowledged their departure. I’m not sure if I will return as I felt I was not the right “color” to be serviced!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAll you are to these people that work there are just a number the faster they can get you in and out the better so they can move on to the next customer. They cannot do nail art or designs properly they literally take no time with each customer so their work is super sloppy this was supposed to be Dalmatian nails supposed to look like second photo but without the dog decals they charge $70 dollars for my pedicure and manicure and it looks like something my 13 year old niece did. Worst nail place ever, crooked and lumpy nails! Asked for marble acrylics and all the lady did was paint some squiggly lines on top of a white acrylic! Plus charged me way more than my regular nail tech, who actually does the prettiest nails. I just couldn’t go there that day and decided to go to this place! Worst decision of my life! $50.00 for these nails!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt very rushed. I asked for “dip” nails and ended up with acrylic. They didn’t use a base coat so the black color wouldn’t entirely come off my nail with out sanding them down to the point that now my nails are damaged. It took 25 minutes for a different salon to try and safely remove the black acrylic “dip” you gave me. The picture is what my nails looked like the first day.
